Home Workout (Bodyweight)
Steps
- 1Clear a space large enough to lie down with arms extended.
- 2Warm up with 60 seconds of jumping jacks or high knees.
- 3Do 10 bodyweight squats, keeping your chest up and weight in your heels.
- 4Do 10 push-ups (knee or wall variations are fine) with a straight back.
- 5Do a 30-second plank, then rest 60 seconds and repeat the circuit 3 times.
Pro Tips
- •Form over speed — slow, controlled reps build more strength than rushed ones.
- •Keep a water bottle nearby and sip between circuits, not during.
- •Track your reps in a notebook so you can see progress week over week.
Troubleshooting
- •Wrists hurt during push-ups? Use push-up handles or do them on your knuckles.
- •Knees caving in on squats? Push your knees outward, in line with your toes.
- •Bored of the same circuit? Swap in lunges, glute bridges, or mountain climbers.
